19 year old Maria Jose Alvarado would have been on a plane last night to compete in the Miss World Pageant, but her dream was cut short, has her jealous boyfriend, shot her dead, along side her sister 23 year old Sofia.
Their body was discovered buried near the spa where they disappeared a week earlier while celebrating the boyfriend's birthday.
Honduras pageant organizer Eduardo Zablah said the country will not compete this year, because of the tragic death of Alvarado.
SUPER EAGLES OUT OF AFCON 2015
On Wednesday 19th of November, saw the Super Eagles crash out of the African Cup Of Nation 2015.
The match which took place at the Akwa Ibom International stadium, Uyo saw the Super Eagles hold the South African team to a 2-2 draw.
The Eagles will not be defending their title, they won last year in South Africa.
